International Shipping

Currently, OrizyGo ships only within India.

If we begin offering international shipping in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email and/or SMS, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

If you do not receive your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team.

Important Information

• If your shipment status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please notify us within 24 hours of the delivery update so we can investigate with the courier partner.

• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by natural disasters, severe weather conditions, strikes, lockdowns, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.

• If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, refusal to accept delivery, or multiple failed delivery attempts, any reshipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

• If a refund is requested for such returned shipments, the applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.
