Yes. You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact our customer support as soon as possible for assistance.

We accept returns or replacements only for products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete upon delivery. Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

Simply email us at orizygocare@gmail.com with your Order ID, the reason for the return, and clear photos or videos of the product (if applicable). Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method or transferred via UPI/bank account for COD orders.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing orizygocare@gmail.com with your order details and supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
